Those of us interested in spaceflight have been holding our collective breath this summer while we wait for the results from the Flagyl For Sale, Review of U.S. Human Space Flight Plans Committee (a.k.a, japan, craiglist, ebay, overseas, paypal. Cheap Flagyl, the Augustine Commission). Now they have released a 12 page summary of their findings, buy Flagyl from mexico, Flagyl no rx, and it's got some exciting stuff. As Ryan said, Flagyl dosage, Flagyl without prescription, the summary is well-worth reading on your own, but, kjøpe Flagyl på nett, köpa Flagyl online, Flagyl no prescription, if you lack the time, here are some of the key points, comprar en línea Flagyl, comprar Flagyl baratos, Rx free Flagyl, seasoned with a little of my own commentary:

"The Committee concluded that the ultimate goal of human exploration is to chart a path
for human expansion into the solar system."

"The Committee finds that no plan compatible with the FY 2010 budget profile permits human exploration to continue in any meaningful way."

"The Committee further finds that it is possible to conduct a viable exploration program with a budget rising to about billion annually above the FY 2010 budget profile. [...] The Committee believes an exploration program that will be a source of pride for the nation requires resources at such a level."

"Once the Shuttle is retired, there will be a gap in America’s capability to launch humans into space, Flagyl For Sale. That gap will extend until the next U.S, Flagyl reviews. Flagyl price, human-rated launch system becomes available. The Committee estimates that, where can i buy cheapest Flagyl online, Flagyl without a prescription, under the current plan, this gap will be at least seven years long, Flagyl australia, uk, us, usa. Flagyl treatment, There has not been this long a gap in U.S. Flagyl For Sale, human launch capability since the U.S. human space program began."

Even more sobering: the Committee found no alternatives that will decrease the gap below six years unless we extend the Shuttle program, purchase Flagyl online, Buy generic Flagyl, which, since the external fuel tank assembly lines have been shut down, Flagyl blogs, Flagyl forum, only means delaying already scheduled launches.

"The return on investment to both the United States and our international partners would be significantly enhanced by an extension of ISS life, buying Flagyl online over the counter. Flagyl cost, Not to extend its operation would significantly impair U.S. ability to develop and lead future international spaceflight partnerships."

"The United States needs a way to launch astronauts to low-Earth orbit, Flagyl wiki, Flagyl images, but it does not
necessarily have to be provided by the government. As we move from the complex, reusable Shuttle back to a simpler, smaller capsule, it is an appropriate time to consider turning this transport service over to the commercial sector, Flagyl For Sale. [...] The Committee suggests establishing a new competition for this service, Flagyl from canadian pharmacy, Buy cheap Flagyl no rx, in which both large and small companies could participate."

Government-encouraged LEO launch capabilities could lead to lower launch costs; it could also mean new and exciting jobs for young aerospace engineers like myself.

"The Committee strongly believes it is time for NASA to reassume its crucial role of developing new technologies for space."

That one can be read a couple of different ways, Flagyl trusted pharmacy reviews, Buy Flagyl without prescription, but it kind of sounds to me like a slap in the face over the use-as-much-existing-technology-as-possible philosophy of the current Constellation program. Some of NASA's major returns-on-investment have been in terms of new technologies that can be applied to life on earth, buy Flagyl from mexico, Real brand Flagyl online, and it's important to continue that tradition--and to draw more attention to it--so that the average citizen knows what they're getting from the space program.

"If humans are ever to live for long periods on another planetary surface, online buying Flagyl, Buy cheap Flagyl, it is likely to be on Mars. Flagyl For Sale, But Mars is not an easy place to visit with existing technology and without a substantial investment of resources. The Committee finds that Mars is the ultimate destination for human exploration; but it is not the best first destination."

"Significant space achievements require continuity of support over many years, Flagyl duration. Low dose Flagyl, [...] NASA and its human spaceflight program are in need of stability in both resources and direction."

In other words--politics need to lay off of NASA and let it do its job of exploring without the constant stress of its budget disappearing or mission changing as politicians do.

I'm sure there will be more to discuss as the Committee's full findings are released and we hear what President Obama thinks of them, after Flagyl. In the meantime, what are your thoughts.

I hear about all kinds of things through Joseph since he is working at Johnson Space Center this summer, herbal Retin-A, Retin-A used for, but following NASA, Buzz Aldrin and various other astronauts on Twitter has also revealed some nice ways to celebrate, about Retin-A. Discount Retin-A, First, get in the appropriate mood by looking at some stunning hi-res photos from all stages of the mission, order Retin-A online c.o.d. Retin-A brand name, The Big Picture has everything from the iconic portrait of Buzz Aldrin on the moon to less-known moments like the astronauts eating a breakfast of steak and eggs before launch. (Either these are brave men, purchase Retin-A for sale, Australia, uk, us, usa, or their stomachs have been lined with steel.) If you're like me, the pictures will probably bring tears to your eyes and goosebumps to your arms, no prescription Retin-A online.

If, as I am, you are too young to have experienced the wonder of this historic mission as it happened, there are a couple of ways to simulate the experience, Retin-A For Sale. Retin-A samples, The J.F.K. Presidential library has a dedicated We Choose the Moon website that is playing through the entire mission in real time (and will have the full mission available thereafter), Retin-A overnight. Online buying Retin-A hcl, They're broadcasting mission audio alongside a Flash mission tracker that shows each stage in computer simulation as it happened. As each stage of the mission becomes active, order Retin-A from mexican pharmacy, Retin-A results, new galleries of images and video are available as well. Retin-A For Sale, Similarly, NASA is broadcasting the mission audio as part of its anniversary celebration. I've actually been following both as the background to my work today and it's been pretty interesting so far, Retin-A for sale. Retin-A dangers, The two audio lines seem to be out-of-sync by about 10 minutes. I've tried reloading to sync them (Flash seems to be slowing down a lot under Ubuntu and Firefox), is Retin-A addictive, Where can i find Retin-A online, but no luck. Guess it just means that I get to hear all the great bits twice, Retin-A long term.

Of course, we shouldn't forget that there is a current space shuttle mission, STS-127, aloft right now, Retin-A For Sale. Buy Retin-A no prescription, It's pretty quiet in my department today, in fact, where can i cheapest Retin-A online, Fast shipping Retin-A, because a lot of people are in FL for the Endeavor launch since it's carrying our AggieSAT into orbit.

The space shuttle program is, where to buy Retin-A, Retin-A from canada, sadly, on its way out, purchase Retin-A online no prescription, Retin-A natural, which makes this, more than ever, ordering Retin-A online, Effects of Retin-A, a time to look forward to what we want to do in space in the years to come. To that end, buy no prescription Retin-A online, Buy Retin-A online no prescription, I'll be eagerly awaiting word from President Obama's commission to see what it will mean for NASA and the Constellation program. Personally, generic Retin-A, Order Retin-A online overnight delivery no prescription, I would like to see a bolder course and one with a more ambitious timeline for manned exploration than what I've heard thus far. Retin-A For Sale, Of course, such a program requires funds to go with it, and, unfortunately, that's about the last thing the public wants to think about right now. But space exploration is an investment in our future, comprar en línea Retin-A, comprar Retin-A baratos, Canada, mexico, india, short-term and long-term. I cannot say enough about how inspirational NASA's manned space flight programs have been to me, Retin-A alternatives, personally, and I know many others who would not have pursued education and careers in science, math, and engineering were it not for those programs.

Fortunately, I'm not the only one calling for a more ambitious path: Buzz Aldrin has a piece in the Washington Post today:

Much has been said recently about the Vision for Space Exploration and the future of the international space station. As we all reflect upon our historic lunar journey and the future of the space program, I challenge America's leaders to think boldly and look beyond the moon. Yes, my vision of "Mars for America" requires bold thinking. But as my friend and Gemini crewmate Jim Lovell has noted, our Apollo days were a time when we did bold things in space to achieve leadership. It is time we were bold again in space. #

Perhaps by the time the 60th Apollo 11 anniversary rolls around, we'll have an even more impressive achievement on our records.

I suppose that there are only a couple of exciting things to report from the last few days. On Friday I donated blood for the second time, and it was not nearly so pleasant an experience. The loss of blood volume meant that, after standing outside for the dedication of the Newton tree, I quite nearly passed out while standing in line for a sandwich. I actually had to be helped to a table and ended up going to health services after the incident. This was the second time this semester that I'd nearly passed out--with the same symptoms both times but different triggers. It turns out that I just need to stay aware of my blood pressure. The signs don't point to this being a problem I'll have to face frequently (especially with high blood pressure running in my family) but it's something I should keep in mind when standing in lines, apparently.

As if that excitement weren't enough, my nurses seem to have been incompetent, leaving me with a triangular red bruise nearly 2 cm a side set against a purplish background. It's pretty hideous looking, although it doesn't actually hurt. The interesting thing is that the bruise is nowhere near where they drew the blood. It also looks like I'm developing an allergic reaction there, which worries me...

Today was the big presentation to people from NASA. Everything went pretty smoothly. There were questions we couldn't answer, but most of those were squarely outside of the scope that we defined for the project, so we were safe. Now I get to dedicate the next two days of my life to making this report as perfect as possible. Because I want that A, dammit.

Today also marked my last day of undergraduate classes. From here, there's just one final, a couple of project reports, (some more research), and possibly one graduate homework and then my undergraduate career will be over. What a thought. As a kid, you never imagine that you'll ever get done with these things. Of course, I remember a time when sixth-graders were like unto gods. And, now, I tend to look at college freshmen and think, "Oh, look at the little freshman! I wish they knew how nice they had it!" Goes to show how things change, I guess.

In the "yay" department, I was notified today that my research poster tied for second place in the engineering and computer science category at the symposium I presented at last week. In addition to granting a little prestige to my resume, this honor carries a monetary award, though the amount may be rather small as three posters tied for 2nd.

In the "how-the-fuck-did-we-not-notice-this-before" department, I discovered this afternoon that the orbits we had worked out for the Titan Orbiter Project, which we'll be presenting to NASA Glenn researchers on Monday, were completely and totally unfeasible because they required exorbitant amounts of fuel. After flipping out, rechecking calculations, and spending hours bent over notebooks and my keyboard, I have a solution that, though it doesn't make me happy, is better than nothing. I suppose that it's also better than having discovered this mistake right about the time one of the NASA engineers brought it up. I shudder even to think of it. As it is, I feel like I've cobbled things back together with duct tape, and I have no idea whether duct tape works at cryogenic temperatures. Nerve-wrecking.

Monday is technically the last day of classes, but I'm basically through with lectures now. I've got a couple of days of going to senior project presentations and then it's nothing but the gigantic load of work hanging over me until I can get it packed away so that I can enjoy graduation. Last Sunday my grandfather called me from Cornell, which, though it made me smile, also reminded me just how much I cannot wait to start that adventure. At the same time, I don't want my time at Case to end either. There are too many great people here that I fear I'll lose touch with after we head off into the world. Let's face it: I've done this too many times to delude myself into thinking that things will ever be the same between us again.

I added 8 icons and 5 wallpapers to Gnomicons tonight. Here they are:

A wallpaper based around a photograph from Pymatuning State Park.

An addition to my popular photography wallpapers, this one focuses on the Cleveland Waterfront.

Like the one before, this is meant to match with the others in the series. It features another photo from Pymatuning State Park.

After "Colorblind", I was having a lot of fun with this photo in black and white, and it transformed itself into a wallpaper celebrating The Frames' song "Locusts".

In my exploration of NASA's site today, I found a gorgeous picture of Discovery in orbit and I couldn't resist the urge to make a wallpaper with it.

Man, my fingers are tired.... I had some problems with the PHP running the site because some of my new changes got overwritten when I backed things up earlier today. If anyone happens to have errors turning up, or things behaving very oddly, please let me know.

"The Committee further finds that it is possible to conduct a viable exploration program with a budget rising to about $3 billion annually above the FY 2010 budget profile.

Nothing excites me in the way that a successful shuttle launch does. The rush of adrenaline, the flutter in my stomach, the overwhelming feeling of 'Wow-I-wish-that-was-me'--it's incredible, really. Despite all of my many frustrations with NASA, I couldn't help grinning as my co-worker and I watched Discovery launch via live webcast. The last mission I watched the full launch of was back when I was in high school; I got up early in Germany so that I could watch the first flight that Eileen Collins commanded. Six years later, I've lost a lot of my romantic notions about NASA, and I have a much better idea about what it takes to get a crew into space safely. It's a dangerous business, and chances are that we won't learn any more by having humans there than we would with remote missions. Nevertheless, I fully believe that manned space programs should continue. Watching images beamed remotely from satellites and rovers will never excite the hearts and imaginations of mankind the way watching others go into space does. I am an engineering student because the space program inspired me to dream when I was a child. Everyone should have a chance to dream those dreams.

Godspeed, Discovery.
